A 14 storey mixed use multi-unit residential development. A two storey podium contains the residential lobby and retail space. The third level is dedicated to amenity space where the party room, library, fitness room, lap pool, and outdoor terrace is located. Above the third level are the residential units with penthouse units and terraces on the top level.

Concept Design
Berkeley Church was kept as the centre piece for this project. Our approach is one that:

- Respects the historical significance of the church
- Creates a public space between the church and condo development
- Increases the charm and desirability of both properties
- Allows the condo development to be a handsome backdrop to the church
