MPCC is a 4 acre masterplan that will include 1300 sqm community centre/private school featuring gymnasium, multipurpose room and classrooms.  Second Phase is 4368 sqm which will feature additional classrooms, kitchen and a new 700 seat multipurpose theater to complete the facility.   Third Phase will be a hotel and convention centre.

MPCC is designed for a private school to occupy the building during the weekdays.  Afterschool, the gymnasium is used by various sports clubs.  At night, the venue is rented out to the community for social functions and concerts.  During Sunday’s MPCC is a place of worship as the auditorium turns into a sanctuary space.

With one of the largest LED screens in Canada, the auditorium offers students from the school exceptional theatrical arts training for students of all ages to compliment their usual learning program.  The LED screen can help facilitate virtual meetings or collaborations with students from different schools.  The virtual classroom is increasingly becoming a new way of learning for students and MPCC is at the forefront of online learning.
