The Two Towers International Schematic Design Competition was sponsored by the CBD Leasing Company (CLC) and Minsheng Financial Leasing Company (MSFL) and organized by the Shenzhen City Design Center. CLC and MSFL are two of China's major financial institutions, which decided to combine their two headquarters in the Shenzhen Central Business District.

The REX Architecture P.C + JET & AIM Group Yarui Architecture Design CO. team was chosen as one of the five finalist of the Two Towers international competition.

The buildings consist of headquarter offices and leasable offices, commercial, retail and amenities for the staff and workers of for both CLC and MSFL.
